Some time ago we wrote about a new partnership with the Argentinian marine conservation organisation ProyectoSub Foundation. The organisation joined our Big Microplastic Survey project and are now working hard to gather detailed information about the microplastic issue along the Argentinian coastline. Not only that but their outreach programmes are having a huge impact in educating young people about the issues and the importance of the marine environment.
As the next stage in that relationship we are delighted to announce that we have awarded a small grant to the organisation to support the research work they are doing into microplastics along the coastline. We are looking forward to developing this programme in the future and will keep you up to date.
