In October we announced that Camel Dive Club based in Sharm el Sheikh had become the first organisation in Egypt to join our Big Microplastic Survey project. Delighted to say that they have just had a staff training day which involved everyone getting out on the coastline and gathering scientific data for our research. Organiser Beth Sanders said, “We did it and it was lots of fun and a great team building event. You could see the excitement on the faces of the staff as they found things.”
The dive company are planning more surveys for 2019 and are also thinking about getting customers involved in future events. We would like to say thank you for supporting our programme and we wish you all the very best for 2019
